We provide links to publicly available posts; we do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
We are not responsible for how you engage with leads found through the Service.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing details will be presented at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Misrepresent yourself when contacting leads found through the Service.
Share or resell your account without permission.

Find a Lead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find a Lead, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
